Well First Off Congragulations to My Bro Derek who completed his Iron Man Last Sunday - In his best time every - Amazing


Well Happy Birthday to My Dad - Who's Birthday was Yesterday - I got a chance to see him on Thursday Night and Friday - he was with me in Nashville for my PET Scan and Dr Appointments.

Well much better than last week the Graft VS. Host - major rash I got is 100% better and the Dr said I looked better than him - yeah right - kind words, but I am looking better.

I was going to play racquetball with my guys yesterday, but the Dr asked me not to since my INR (blood thinner level was high) they didn't want me to get hit with ball and cause internal bleeding and what not. I agreed for now, but do look forward to getting on court next weekend if the levels are in range.

I am eating really good now thanks to the Steroids - got to love them - I am on a tapper off of them and will be off by my next appointment, which is Friday July 17 - Day before my good Friend and Coworker Andrea ties the knot and gets married.

Well hope all is well with everyone in their worlds mine is good - just got to stay out of the Sun and Heat - which is OK cause it is hot here in Birmingham.
