Well Happy Fathers day to all those Fathers out there - A special Happy Fathers Day to my Biggest cheerleader Frank Cable I love you Man.
Well I went to the Nashville on Friday to see the Dr's as they wanted me when I reported a serious Rash. Well I got it Graft Vs. Host in a form of Rash also pretty bad dry mouth. So they got me back on my GVHD meds and also some steroids. Woke up Saturday feeling good and up this morning early - the steroids are kicking in couldn't sleep.
Well biggest news of all IT IS RACE DAY IN COEUR d'ALENE ID My Brother is running in the IRON MAN - 2.4 mile swim - 112 mile bike - then full marathon 26.2 miles - his goal is 10 hours and 10 minutes.
You can do it Bro - may you glide in the water and ride like the wind and run like HELL . lol

Love you too man and Happy Fathers day! Slow it down and take it easy man. US Lawns will be trying to hook you up with a frachise. Work is hectic and stressful enough so back off on the yard work a little and plant flowers. Not preaching just careing. Hell man it's hot out there. How are the girls doing (including your mom)? Did you get to see your dad over the weekend? I called mine on Fathers Day. I have been to Dallas three times over the past two months. Dad is doing well, still at home by himself at 89 years of age. Trying to talk him into moving in with us but he is independent and set in his ways.
