Happy Sunday to all

Had a really good week last week. Well hit the Dentist on Thursday and got had a root canal and some fillings filled so that was a real joy. Picked my Mom up at airport Thursday afternoon and we drove to Nashville. Dr appointment on Friday went great - they have taken me off my blood thinner - and Catherine my Nurse gave me thumbs up to play racquetball - so racquetball here we come - going to take it very slow and easy. They are also tapering off my Cyclosporine the preventative medicine for Graft Vs. Host - It is a very very slow tapper which will have me off by October so about 6 week taper. So we will see how that goes - hopefully no major rash this time - Dr said it could be something else and not a rash this time. My next appointment is set for September 25th so giving me 6 weeks in between appointments this time. I will have a PET scan on that day also - so we going to get another clear scan at the 6 month mark - SO I guess I need to say something I haven't said in awhile - "Kicking Cancer's Ass" or better Said "Kicked Cancer's Ass"

Well was nice to see some pre season football this weekend - getting all excited about the Fantasy football leagues I am playing in. I am the commissioner for the first time in a league with a bunch of coworkers - and playing in the family & friends league with my Dad again.

Taylor is winding down her last week before she starts school on Monday the 24th - she is excited to get back to school.

My dad and uncle Dr Roger will be in BHM on Monday for business so we will go out to dinner so that is cool they have business here now and come frequently.

Well hope everyone is doing good. Kids are all back to school and another Summer is over -bummer days as they say.
