Well Happy Sunday Buzzman Bloggers - I know we don't blog as much anymore - but I still enjoy posting once a week.
I am doing well today I am a little sore - I got out in the yard for about 2 hours yesterday morning before the sun - yes I was taking breaks so I didn't push myself to much - felt good to get some exercise of the arms running the weed eater and hedger - My arms are sore today and so is my back.
I did have a rough day last week where I had to leave work at 10 am and came home and was all VERY VERY Red in the Face - and broke out real bad with Rash all over my arms and back - I think I even had a panic attack, which I have never had one of those. Not sure what that was all about but it all good now.
I hooked up with an old high school friend from 25 years ago - Chris - we talked for about 45 minutes Friday and going to call him today - Such a long time ago and so much has happened in our lives - most of you know what in mine.
Taylor is going to Colorado with a friend this Saturday to spend a week with Nana & Papa - they should have a great time.
I get to see my Uncle this week too - he has business in BHM with my Dad so that will be cool.
