Good Morning all
Sorry for missing some posts this past week - I got back to work and let it slip. I know lamb excuse but that is what I did.
I am doing pretty good - I think I pushed myself a little to much last week - I am going to take it a little slower.
I am going through a phase again where food is not appetizing to me so I am struggling with eating. I am working on Ensure's and Milkshakes so I can maintain a good calorie intake.
I have probally lost 5 lbs in this last week so I do need to get more calories in.
I know Mom - I am on it
