Ok so my first run to the clinic went well except one of those hurry up and get there and wait we stated at 8 am and got out of there 11:10 AM so have to get used to that.
I am little tired but all and all I am feeling good - I need to drink 2 liters minimum a day. I hope to start some food later today I might try if not tomorrow.

Good evening my friend. Hurry up and wait. Sounds like the military way of doing business.OK "White Team". Time Out! We are four minutes into the first quarter and we have only scored 3 points. Look at the scoreboard 3.0. we are a lean mean fighting machine. We have worked hard all our life. we are in the big one "Team" Let's show our "Fans" here and at home what we can do. Now get out there and score big time for "Coach Buzz" A couple of touch downs plus the extra points will put us up by 17. we can do that way before the first quarter is over. Let's see that "score board" light up quick for the "White Team" OK "Fans", everyone hold hands say a prayer, the "white Team" is ready to Kick Some Ass!!!!!!!!!!!
