Ok let's start out with some really awesome news. Nurse went over the PET scan I had Wednesday and the scan came back - ALL CLEAR NO CANCER ACTIVITY Nothing at all so this is wonderful news. SO please jump and and yell oh yeah Baby as I did.

So I was so hungry since I was fasting since midnight and went to sonic and ate foot long hot dog - I also start medicine to help with appetite

Steve, seriously, when your mom said that to me on the phone I stopped dead in my tracks and said, excuse me? I couldn't believe my ears!!! Those words - never, ever, expected them to be the sweetest words I've ever heard. I knew you had the pet scan, I knew there be results...but that was it...OMG!!!
ReplyDeleteFirst, I told Taylor and she & I both cried for minute, then I called my mom & she & I both cried for a minute and then I texted every single person in my phone that I possibly could!! I've been getting replies for 2 hours now...lol...I just wanted to scream it from the rooftop!!!!
I know we still have a long road ahead of us. You will get your appetite back and we will get through this one day at a time. One meal at a time. There are going to be obstacles and we will get over them, through them, around them or under them any way we can...the hardest, toughest, roughest parts are all behind us now...Steve, there is a bright light at the end of this tunnel and we can actually see it, how awesome is that??
