Friday Day 17 - Update

Good Morning, it is a great day here in Nashville. Had a really good night without any breathing problems. Was able to take my med orally this morning.

Counts
White 1.0 (a giant leap)
Red 26
Platelets 33 (no platelets needed today)

More good news. Yesterday when the doc was in he said I could be released Sunday if
1. had no fever
2. was able to drink 2 liters
3. can takes my meds orally
4. Platelet count up to acceptable level

Can't contol the fever, the platelets are up to level needed, took meds today and I have started drinking fluids although I have a way to go before I hit 2 liters, but I am on my way.

    Every morning is like waiting to read an inspireing article from USA TODAY or the anticipation of reading the next chapter of a favorite book. You know that the "HERO" of the article or the "HERO" in the book is going to "WIN" and slay the "DRAGON" but you can't wait to read them because it brings inspiration and puts a smile to your face. You can't wait to tell others about the article or the book. That is how I feel "MY FRIEND" when I read the next chapter in "YOUR LIFE BOOK".
