Today was the first day of my neupogen shots to build up my stem cells for Steve's transplant. The shot was not bad at all. I have the easy job. I was not ready for them to take so much blood for the research study we are participating in. The young nurse said it was the most blood she has ever seen taken from someone. Thanks! She did hide the bottle from me so I would not pass out. And they gave me two little cans of coke and peanut butter and crackers.
I then went to visit Steve and he is doing great-working and talking on conference calls.
