Wednesday Day 8

Good Morning everyone! Had a really rough night last night. My mouth got attacked by sores and tongue swollen up again which made it difficult to breathe. Needless to say I was up most of the night sitting as opposed to sleeping and lying down. Oxygen level got very low so I am now on oxygen, spiked a fever (which is normal) and started IV antibiotics this morning.


Today's counts
White - 0.1
Red - 26 (finally going down)
Platelets - 16 (need a transfusion)


Didn't do the routine transfusion at 5:50 am due to the problems during the night. 8 am check nurse says getting platelets.

Have a great day everyone. I am hoping for my day to get better each hour.

    You just hang in there Baby - Know that we love so very much and we are thinking of you every minute of every day - Just do what you have to do to get through this moment in time and we will be together at home in no time flat!!! I know it's a bumpy road but we are all in this together and you have all of our love and support.
